Membership Rules & Regulations
- After completing and submitting the Membership Agreement, the member will be required to pay membership fees by credit card.
- If membership dues are not paid, the membership is void.
- Membership dues paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including club closing.
- Memberships are non-transferable.
- The Tavern Club has an “upscale casual” dress code. We reserve the right to deny admission to any members or their guests if their attire is not in accordance with club standards.
- The Tavern Club shall not be liable for the loss of, or theft of, or damage to, the personal property of Member or guests.
- The Tavern Club reserves the right to terminate the membership of or immediately dismiss anyone involved in illegal or unlawful behavior, offensive social misconduct (including inappropriate levels of intoxication), lewd or disrespectful language, or inappropriate sexual advances of any kind.
- Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Any illegal or unlawful behavior, offensive social misconduct (including inappropriate levels of intoxication), lewd or disrespectful language, or inappropriate sexual advances of any kind by a member’s guest may result in termination of member privileges.
- The Tavern club reserves the right to modify this agreement and terms of membership at any time.
- Member assumes full responsibility for his or her use of The Tavern Club and The Tavern Club website and releases The Tavern Club from any and all claims, including those caused in whole or in part, by the negligence of The Tavern Club and shall indemnify The Tavern Club, the owners, its affiliates, agents and employees against any and all liability arising out of use of the facilities and website.
